Schedule a Curiosity Call
We want to get to know you, and learn about your company and your unique challenges. A typical agenda starts with you describing your firm, telling us about your goals, explaining how your company stands out, and reviewing the challenges you are facing.
If applicable, we’ll go over the results we’ve delivered for some of our clients and give you a high level tour of our approach. At the end, we discuss the fit to continue discussions.

Learn About Our Approach
Clients get the best results when they understand and agree with our approach. So during this meeting, we walk through the process of learning about your firm, your clients, and your competition, then explain how we collaborate with you to create a custom website focused on helping you reach your goals. Finally, we discuss how the progress will be measured.

Create A Plan
Next, we collaborate with you to create a plan. This is an insight that explains what we learned and a proposal of a schedule for your firm. This turns into a scope of work with a timeline and deliverables.

Launch Your Project
If we both agree that we have the right plan, the right scope, we get started.
Coaching Calls FAQ
Will there be screen sharing during calls?
Yes, we will use Zoom to facilitate the call. Please be at a computer if you’d like to do more than talk.
Will the session be customized for me?
Yes, everything we do will be specific to your business/website and all coaching will be catered specifically toward helping you overcome any obstacles or challenges you’re facing. The coaching you receive is 100% tailored to your personal needs.
Do I need a camera?
It’s always nice to meet the people I’m working with face to face, but a camera is not required. If you don’t have one, I’ll turn mine off too! Whatever helps you feel relaxed.
Do sessions/calls need to go a full hour?
If you’re booking a single session, you’re booking the hour with me and I’m going to show up expecting to spend that entire hour with you. If we get you unstuck and moving forward in less time, and you do not wish to use the remaining time, that’s your choice. Any unused time you choose to give up is forfeit and can not be reserved for future calls.
For multiple sessions, they are scheduled in hour-long blocks. I will show up expecting an hour of time with you, but you’re free to use that time or not. However, any unused time does not accrue.
Can I book less than an hour or break up my call into smaller sessions?
No.
Can I save my call credits for later?
If you purchase a 3-call bundle you can save your remaining call credits and book them whenever you’re ready.
Is there a discount for booking multiple calls?
Yes, if you book my 3-call bundle you save over $100.
